Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to:

• Legal residents of the State of Texas

• Age 18 or older at time of entry

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Team Texas Driving Experience are not eligible to win.

Void where prohibited by law.

The Giveaway begins at [Feb 18th/10 a.m.] and ends at [Feb 19th/5 p.m.] (Central Time).

Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

Participants may enter by:

• Completing the official giveaway entry form at https://www.teamtexas.com/giveaway

Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Prize

Twelve (12) winners will each receive:

• One (1) ride in the Team Texas NASCAR Limo experience at the February 21st event.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $40.00 plus tax per winner.

Prize:

• Is non-transferable

• Has no cash value

• Cannot be exchanged for other services

• Must be used on February 21st event date unless otherwise approved by Sponsor

Winners must sign standard liability waiver required for participation at Texas Motor Speedway.

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Winners will be announced on or about February 19th/7:00 p.m. via Team Texas social media and/or email.

Winners must respond within 24 hours of notification. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

General Conditions

By entering, participants:

• Agree to release and hold harmless Team Texas Driving Experience and Texas Motor Speedway from any liability related to participation.

• Grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical issues compromise the integrity of the promotion.

• Disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process.

Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries

• Technical failures of any kind

• Human error in the administration of the promotion

Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
